Terms and conditions of sale

Last updated: 26 September 2026. These terms apply to orders placed through www.shoplootsy.co.uk. The seller is Shaun Green, a sole trader trading as Lootsy, at 10 Stanton Road, Stroud, GL5 4LX, United Kingdom. Contact us at lootsyuk@gmail.com.

Products and prices

We sell trading cards, collectibles, toys, gifts and related goods. Product descriptions, condition details and prices are shown on each product page. Please read any condition notes carefully, particularly for individual or pre-owned cards. Prices are in pounds sterling. Lootsy is not VAT registered. Any delivery charge is shown at checkout before payment.

Placing an order

When you place an order, we will send an acknowledgement to the email address you provided. A contract is formed when we confirm that your order has been accepted, normally when we confirm dispatch. If we cannot supply an item, we will tell you promptly and refund any payment for that item. We may contact you if an obvious price or description error needs resolving before accepting the order.

Payment and delivery

Payment is taken using the payment methods shown at checkout. We deliver to UK addresses as described in our Shipping and delivery policy. Please provide an accurate delivery address and contact us promptly if you spot an error.

Cancellations, returns and faulty goods

Your cancellation and return rights are set out in our Returns and refunds policy. Goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights or excludes liability where doing so would be unlawful.

Personalised goods

For personalised items, please check the spelling and details you submit before ordering. We may contact you to clarify your instructions. The usual change-of-mind cancellation right generally does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, but your rights for faulty or misdescribed goods remain.

Website use and privacy

Please do not misuse the website or attempt to interfere with its operation. Product images and site content are for browsing and buying from Lootsy; rights belonging to third-party brands remain with their owners. Please read our Privacy policy for information about personal data.

Email lootsyuk@gmail.com with your order number and we will work with you to resolve the matter. These terms are governed by the law applicable in your part of the United Kingdom, and you keep any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
