Returns and refunds

Last updated: 26 September 2026. This policy applies to purchases made directly from www.shoplootsy.co.uk. For purchases through eBay, please use your eBay order and its return process.

Changed your mind?

For most online purchases, you may cancel without giving a reason by telling us within 14 days after you receive the goods. If an order arrives in separate deliveries, the period begins after the last item arrives. Email lootsyuk@gmail.com with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to cancel. You may use the cancellation form below, but you do not have to.

After telling us, please send the goods back within 14 days to: Lootsy Returns, 10 Stanton Road, Stroud, GL5 4LX, United Kingdom. Please include your order number. You are responsible for the direct cost of return postage for a change-of-mind return. We recommend keeping proof of posting. You may inspect goods as you would in a shop; if handling goes beyond that and reduces their value, we may make a deduction permitted by law.

We will refund the price paid and the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option, if you paid for delivery. We do not have to refund the extra cost of an upgraded delivery option. We will refund by the original payment method, unless you agree otherwise, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence that you sent them back. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Exceptions

The change-of-mind cancellation right does not normally apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised for you. This exception does not remove your rights if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described. Opening a trading card pack does not automatically remove your statutory cancellation rights, although unnecessary handling that diminishes value may affect the refund.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

If an item is faulty, damaged, not as described or the wrong item, contact lootsyuk@gmail.com with your order number and details. We will explain the next steps and cover reasonable return costs where required by law. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are unaffected by this policy.
