Delivery options and charges

Standard delivery costs £4.99. Standard delivery is free for orders over £50, calculated on the value of eligible products before delivery charges and after any applicable discounts. An express delivery option is available at checkout for £9.99, subject to availability and the delivery estimate shown at checkout.

The delivery methods available for your order, their charges and any delivery estimates are shown at checkout before you pay. Charges and delivery availability may depend on the items and delivery address. If no delivery option appears for your address, please contact lootsyuk@gmail.com before placing an order.

Dispatch and delivery

We will process your order after payment is accepted. Any delivery estimate shown at checkout is an estimate, unless a specific delivery date has been expressly agreed with you. We will deliver within 30 days of the order being placed unless we have agreed a different timeframe with you. If we cannot meet an agreed delivery date, we will contact you about your options and your legal rights.

If a parcel is delayed, lost, damaged in transit or marked as delivered but has not arrived, please email us with your order number so we can investigate. The goods remain our responsibility until they are delivered to you or to a person you have nominated to receive them.
